Thank you to all who were able to attend the annual EastHampton Homeowners' Association meeting November 16th and to those who sent in their proxy notices so that business could be conducted with a quorum.

Congratulations to our newly elected members to the EastHampton HOA Board of Directors, Nina Boyle and Karen Hallacy.
They join Patricia Chandler, Vanessa Emmenegger, and Jim Tropauer as our board members for this coming year.

Please remember that prior to beginning any exterior work you must submit an Architectural Request for Change (ARC) form to Access Management Group for approval by the board.
Our ARC form can be found on our neighborhood web site, www.myeasthampton.net
, under the Documents section.
Submitting the ARC to Access Management Group may be via mail, fax, or email (requires scanning of forms/drawings). Email submittals are preferred as the most efficient method.

Please note that the board reserves the right to take up to sixty days to review ARC submittals.
Work may not begin until approval.
Homeowners will receive notices in December from Access Management Group about annual dues. Again, there will be no increase in dues for the 2015 fiscal year. There will be two payment options: You may pay the full balance of $1,000 by January 1, 2014 or you may make an initial payment of $515 by January 1, 2015, with a second payment of $515 before March 1, 2015.
Our neighborhood is still in need of a Social Chairperson/Committee. If you are interested please feel free to contact any Board member.
