The function of the EH HOA Board is to ensure the maintenance of the common areas including the pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, play area, lakes and dams. Additionally, the Board must review and approve all exterior home improvement projects prior to commencing work. Cobb County is responsible for road maintenance and private providers supply utilities and garbage collection. Please make sure your issue is appropriate for Board consideration before contacting the Board. Most concerns should first be addressed with Heritage Management.
